Customer Success Manager
We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager! 

More specifically, someone who will be a right hand man/woman to me here at and grow it from changing the lives of thousands to changing the lives of millions.

What you'll do:

This position will assist the CEO in directing the day-to-day operations of the company. This position will also be responsible for ensuring the success of existing & new clients in conducting coaching calls, answering questions in the community and support tickets. Additionally, this role will work closely with the CEO to learn the ins and outs of running a coaching business. As a Customer Success Manager you will play the versatile role of ensuring customer success, support, sales, content & product development. We are looking for a superstar with a lot of potential to be trained into a longer term role at the company.

You must have tremendous INTEGRITY. That means being able to say “I don’t know” when you’re truly not able to help out in any way. Honesty is the best policy.

You must be looking for a LONG-term commitment, working with and for us. If you are trying to fill your time in between gigs, or while building your own business, please DO NOT apply. We are looking for someone to grow into a key management role with us.

You must be FLEXIBLE. Whether it be doing repetitive administrative work, support tickets, or prospecting potential clients, you must quickly adapt to the role like a true entrepreneur.
