What You’ll Do:
This role is vital to the day-to-day success of our clients at RealitCreator. You’ll be responsible for supporting new and existing clients through coaching calls, community engagement, and client success initiatives. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with me (Quazi) and Heena (our current CSM) to master the skills and strategies essential for running and scaling our coaching business. This is a dynamic role requiring versatility, strategic thinking, and a strong focus on client outcomes.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Coaching for Client Success: Conduct 30-40 coaching calls per week (20-30 minutes each), helping clients overcome obstacles and make consistent progress toward their goals.
Client Engagement and Sales Growth: Present new coaching options and support packages to clients, emphasizing how these offerings can drive better results.
Retention and Renewals: Foster long-term relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and guide clients to renew their journey with us.
Account Management: Track key performance metrics such as renewals, upsells, and client engagement, while proactively addressing any challenges clients face.
Team Collaboration: Contribute to community outreach, live Q&A sessions, and strategic planning to continuously improve our client success and sales processes.
